I believe you are the expert in yourself. I will meet you wherever you are, and work collaboratively toward reaching your goals.

Taylor specializes in working with college students, young adults, and adults navigating various challenges such as life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and disordered eating. She utilizes approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are at and foster the development of skills that will help navigate through life. Taylor is trained and able to provide letters of support for gender affirming medical care. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Taylor is also credentialed as a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She incorporates these frameworks along with mindfulness into her practice to facilitate mind-body connection and assist clients who are seeking to improve their relationship with their body and food. Taylor focuses on body neutrality and takes a Health at Every Size approach in her clinical practices. Taylor also embodies a strength-based, multicultural informed, and feminist lens to assist clients in navigating systems of oppression and meet their specific needs.
