My approach is warm, genuine, and empowering. Let's connect where you are and see how I can support you in getting where you would like to be.

Taking the first step towards healing can feel overwhelming. As a therapist, I'm here to guide you through that process. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate through concerns like anxiety, depression, and traumatic events in order to develop supportive strategies and move forward in a more meaningful way. I take a holistic approach, drawing from systemic, humanistic, attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to address all aspects of you and your world. As a second-generation Haitian American, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth.
