I believe my clients are experts on themselves and that they have within them the ability to grow, change, and thrive in a safe setting.
I believe at the core of every human is a longing to be known and valued. I am especially passionate about working with teenagers. The teenage years are such an exciting time to be alive! During these years so much is changing and we often struggle to figure out exactly who we are and where we fit in our family, school, and the community. I take a supportive, energetic, and creative role with the teens I work with.
