I’m here to facilitate a healthy healing space to help you cope with life’s challenges, and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Hello, I'm Dr. Talyah Polee, DSW, LMFT. I'm a graduate of California Baptist University, holding a Doctorate in Social Work and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 7 years. My therapeutic approach consists of collaboration with clients. I provide warmth and encouragement as I assist clients in gaining a deeper awareness of themselves, including their thought patterns, feelings, and how they perceive the world around them. I specialize in an array of clinical challenges, including racial trauma, racial identity, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, attachment injuries in relationships, and many other clinical challenges. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I employ a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness techniques, somatic techniques, and Schema Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Nevada.
