If you are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism or something in your life feels “off,” I’m here to help you learn strategies to feel more in control
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the circumstances of your life? Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, your relationship or something in your life just feels "off." You may find yourself thinking "life shouldn't be this hard." In a world where everyone expects you to put on a happy face & carry on, you feel like you're dying inside. You want to be able to handle anything that life throws your way, but you just don't know where to start. Your confidence is crushed & you feel like you've lost your voice. You want to feel seen, heard, & accepted for who you are. I specialize in helping college students and adult women break free from the chains that depression, anxiety, co-dependency, stress & trauma have placed around their lives. When working together we will develop skills & strategies to cope with intense emotions, build your confidence and help you feel more empowered & in control. When working with me, you can expect to be met with a warm, nonjudgmental & empathetic but direct approach. I treat the person, not the diagnosis. I will meet you where you are, I will challenge you, listen to you and most importantly, I will be real with you.
