Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with 3 years of professional work experience. I also recently earned my PhD and teach graduate level social work classes at the University of Denver. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients better understand the relationship between thoughts and feelings.
