Stacy Creamer
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychotherapist
Working with me, you will always be accepted just as you are. Together we'll make the changes you want to make.
Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming. My hope is that this will give you an idea of who I am and what it might be like for us to sit together. Above all, I wish you luck in your search to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. I have been a therapist for 19 years. What is important to you is important to me. Each session is tailored to your needs. Sometimes you may want more structure or feedback. Sometimes you might just need someone to listen, to witness your pain, and know you were heard. That is how I see my role: to be a human being sitting with another human being offering emotional help, support, & insights. I offer a compassionate skill set and down to earth approach to help you make the changes you want to make in your life. You will always be heard and you will never be judged. I have worked in hospitals, mental health centers, private practices and college counseling, including several years as the assistant director of MH services for a large university. Prior to my career in mental health, I worked for 10 years as an EMT. I understand the culture and stressors unique to front line workers & first responders. I am Mindfulness- and Rogerian-based, client-centered and strengths-based in my approach, Certified in DBT, Clinical Trauma & Clinical Telemental Health. I welcome your outreach. I see adults 16 y/o+.
