I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, traumatic stress disorders (ie, PTSD), mood disorders, autism, ADHD, parent-child relational problems, grief and loss, school issues and life transitions. My work focuses on changing and improving relational patterns and understanding one’s inner experiences to foster growth. I work from a client-centered perspective, believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, and use the power of creativity and play in healing attachment and trauma.
