Staci enjoys helping people cultivate a healthier relationship with themselves and others on their path to healing and purpose. She specializes in working with women of all ages, young adults, and families with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment, social skills, relationship issues, grief and loss, /life transitions, divorce, identity and self-esteem. She uses a variety of approaches including internal family systems and mindfulness practices to aid clients in accessing their most compassionate and whole self.
