Sherise Swensen, MSW, LCSW has experience and interest in working with a variety of client experiences, including mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, life transitions, and grief. Sherise pulls from several evidence-based modalities, including ACT, DBT informed skills, CBT, and motivational interviewing to help identify one’s own values, increase mindfulness, and work towards positive change. She also believes in an integrative, person-centered approach to mental health and focuses on meeting the individual where they are.
