Thank you for your consideration! I understand how crazy-busy life can get, and how scary and vulnerable it can feel to take that first step towards getting help. I will join with you, and together we will work towards getting past what's keeping you from achieving your personal goals, more satisfying relationships, and generally feeling better. My approach is relationship-based, strength-focused, and collaborative. My experience comes from over 20 years of providing services in schools, community mental health, and adoption preservation. I specialize in working with issues due to trauma, school, work, relationship difficulties or life transitions. In our work together, I will draw from research-proven effective methodologies, including EMDR. We will focus on challenging and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, skill building, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target obstacles that are currently in your way.
