As a mental health therapist, I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, providing flexibility to meet your needs. Therapy can feel overwhelming, but I am here to support you at your pace, creating a comfortable space to explore current behaviors and address issues from the past. I work with children as young as five years old, as well as adults of all ages. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse/addiction, borderline personality disorder, and adolescent/teen challenges.
