My goal as a mental health therapist is to be that person, prioritizing collaboration while providing guidance and support in a safe environment.

Life is a journey and, at times, can be quite stressful. Along the way, some of us experience more bumps and roadblocks than others, which often require the support and guidance of others. In order to heal, support must come from someone who can provide empathy and respect. Your voice matters! We all have a story! I continue to learn so much about clients when I listen. Telling your story not only helps me get to know you but is a part of your healing process. Understanding our story impacts how we experience life. Together we can integrate our telling and experience of “story” to include growth and healing.
