I am a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who works with people to understand their own individual wiring and identity.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have worked in school, community, and intensive outpatient settings. I work from a client-centered humanistic lens, utilizing connection, humor, and art. My goal is for people to leave therapy with better understanding and acceptance of themselves and tools that enable them to feel capable and confident. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator and I offer yoga as a way to promote mind/body connection, mindfulness, and empowerment as a modality of healing after trauma. I offer trauma sensitive yoga both individually and in groups. I am a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who works with people to understand their own individual wiring and identity in a way that highlight strengths, creative abilities, and interests.
