I love working with all types of college students as they are navigating family/friendship concerns, academic stress and any life transitions!

I am looking forward to meeting with you and discuss any concerns that you are currently experiencing! College is a wonderful but challenging time of life. It comes with a lot of 'first' and 'new' all at once which can change how one sees the world and their personal story. When I work with clients, my goal is for us to work collaborative to figure out the best plan for you. The counseling space is a place you should first and foremost feel heard, listened to and cared for. It is also a place where we can discuss difficult topics, new ideas and work through your life story. I also bring in creative modalities and systemic focused modalities to engage different parts of the mind. I have worked with college students for the past three years and it continues to be one of my favorite populations to work with. Please reach out if you are interested in working together!
