My down to earth, unassuming, open, and warm presence will provide a safe place for you to process hard emotions safely, integrating both mind and body.

I believe you have inner wisdom and are the expert on yourself, I'm there to help you find it. My specialties are anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I work well with "over-thinkers" and harsh inner critics. I believe in the importance of getting out of our heads and in touch with what is going on in our bodies. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I incorporate body-based, trauma informed approaches to help you learn how to regulate your autonomic nervous system, meaning riding the waves and challenges life will bring in a way that feels appropriate for the situation. I also believe learning to be kind to ourselves is key in making positive change in our lives. I encourage you to visit my website to learn more about me and my approach. Fill out a Client Interest Form on my website and I will get in touch with you to have a free phone consultation.
