Sarah Balogh
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
My personal philosophy is to meet clients where they are in life, and a create a life they are excited to live.
I have a passion for working with adolescents and their parents or guardians, young adults, and people who have a history of trauma. Finding an individual identity, personal interests, and focusing on strengths and values are integral parts of most sessions with me. I help clients identify and use their strengths to achieve their goals. I love working holistically with overall wellness, body positivity, healthy at every size, self-acceptance, self-empowerment, and disordered eating behavior. I have specialized education in trauma, specifically with women and children, and people in the LGBTQIA+ community. I'm also neurodivergent affirming. I think outside the box, and use an eclectic approach. I use art, music, writing, and other forms of expression and self-reflection to work through issues and find healing. I have always had an interest in helping others and listening to the stories of everyone around me. What is your story? You are not alone. I'm here to listen. I am here to help. I would love to hear from you. Call the office at the Center for Psychological Well-Being
