I am a PhD in Counseling, have 35 years of experience, taught counseling, and have directed counseling centers and recovery programs. I love what I do!

I do both counseling and life coaching. Some people want to solve a problem while others want to accomplish something new and grow as a person, and I'd like to help you with either or both of these. Life should have a purpose and we can work together to help you find yours and live in it. Relationships are one of our biggest challenges in life, and I want you to experience less stress and more enjoyment with those you are closest to. The academic world is stressful - I know because I lived in that space for a long, long time (getting a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D.), so you might want to talk about your survival skills and coping choices. And, if you have childhood or relationship trauma from the past or in a present relationship, please don't keep this hidden and carry the weight of it any longer - you can be free from it and become the best version of yourself with help from a safe and knowledgeable counselor. We live in an over-stimulating, very stressful world, and anxiety and depression are so prevalent yet difficult to be honest about with even close friends or family. Let's talk about "life hacks" for these soul-killers and see your spirit come back to life.
