Ron uses holistic approaches to treat anxiety, depression, grief/loss, addiction issues and relationship issues.

Greetings, I look forward to connecting with you. I've been practicing for over 15 years and my primary specialties are depression/anxiety, addiction (chemical - alcohol/drugs and process - porn, internet, gambling), men's issues, grief and loss (I'm currently working on another master's degree in Thanatology) and couples (I'm trained in the Gottman method). It's my thinking that we are designed for relationship - to others as well as our relationship with who we are as individuals with the goal of identifying the "authentic you!" Depending on the individual, I use a variety of approaches; CBT (thoughts, feelings, action), Motivational Interviewing (allows for individual autonomy), Narrative (we all have a story), and psychodynamic (our past informs our present to enhance our future).
