I specialize in helping client dealing with anxiety and depression symptoms and use a person-centered approach in my sessions.

I have worked in the field of Social Work for over twenty years, with the past four of those years doing clinical work in mental health. I have worked with abuse victims and those without permanent housing in my earlier work and this has helped inform my mental health practice. I also have served in religious ministry as a pastor and have an extensive educational background in many religions and spiritual beliefs. I find this has been helpful for clients who have questions related to spirituality and are searching for meaning in their lives. I do not press my beliefs onto others, but offer my extensive knowledge in these areas if clients would like to make use of it. I try to work with the whole person in my treatment, not merely what is going on inside their heads. I focus on helping clients make their lives more meaningful by exploring their long and short-term goals and in focusing on making their day-to-day living environment more conducive to their overall health and happiness. I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you move towards a happier, healthier life.
