I view my purpose in therapy as providing insight and perspective, responding compassionately to concerns, and integrating a sense of humor.

I am a licensed counseling psychologist and I view my purpose in therapy as providing insight and perspective, responding compassionately to concerns, and integrating a sense of humor. I strive to help people resolve their current problems in a way that also gives them the ability to deal with stressors in the future. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I work with athletes, performers, and teams on mental skills training, leadership, and character development. I also specialize in relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD and learning disabilities, life transitions, PTSD, EMDR, and identity concerns with adolescents and adults.
