Regina Teer
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Seeking therapy can be intimidating. I strive to provide a safe atmosphere where one can feel comfortable telling their story.
Navigating life challenges on an ongoing basis can leave us feeling overwhelmed and, at times, experiencing unfamiliar emotions. Taking the first step is the hardest part of any journey. As you begin taking that step, I will happily walk beside you. I have 30 years of experience working with a combination of first responders, individuals experiencing a crisis, and assisting individuals wanting to make changes in their lives. I also have experience working with those who have been victimized and are looking for ways to recover. I use an evidence-based approach in therapy and passionate about seeing my clients learn new ways to handle the ongoing stress.
