With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in many situations. I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. Modalities I often draw upon include: Internal Family Systems (IFS): an effective tool to help center you and create more self-compassion; Somatic Experiencing: a body-focused approach to healing trauma and regulating the nervous system; and sometimes Dance/Movement Therapy: to further connect with the wisdom of the body and facilitate emotional healing (no dance experience is required).
