With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in many situations. I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. Modalities I often draw upon to support you include: Internal Family Systems (IFS): an effective tool to help center and ground you in your true self, relieving challenging parts that carry pain and act in unhealthy ways; Somatic Experiencing: a body-focused approach to healing trauma and regulating the nervous system; Dance/Movement Therapy: you don't need to be a dancer to benefit from movement as a way to connect with your body’s wisdom, get in touch with your creativity, and support emotional healing.
