Rebecca (Becca) Ferguson
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Welcome to a new type of therapy, where you get to discover the true authentic version of you!
Hey there! I'm Becca Ferguson, your friendly neighborhood therapist! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Northwest Arkansas that specializes in trauma and women's empowerment. I love to help women find their voice after abuse, family dysfunction, religious trauma, or life transitions. I'm a vulnerable human being that loves to take the journey WITH you! When you come into my office, you'll feel like it's your individual space. You'll grow into a version you that you can fall in love with. I approach therapy with a values based experience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT Therapy is all about finding the "why" in life. We may not ever know "why" a trauma happens, but we can know "why" we want to heal from it. You're not alone in your healing process. I'm honored to be a part of your journey!
