A Christian based perspective, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and religions. Offering hope and healing in a safe and judgement free space.

I welcome everyone to my practice and look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey. I work with both adults and children struggling with a multitude of issues from childhood trauma, adult trauma, anxiety, depression, life adjustment, grief and loss and many others. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan to address what is going on in your life. The goal is that you leave treatment with healthy coping strategies and increased functionality in your everyday life. All situations and emotions are welcome here, healing is not linear and together we will work to give you what you need to navigate the journey. Hope and healing are the cornerstone of my practice.
