I am so glad you are here! I am open to helping anyone in need of services. I feel that anyone can benefit from therapy, and value the importance of having a non biased, third party with whom people can process their emotions and stressors. I firmly believe that superior mental health services should be available to everyone, and aim to create a safe space for clients, free of judgement, while they work through their life's journey a clinician, my approach is to encourage you to guide our work. You are in the driver’s seat…I am simply helping you navigate. This flexible approach to therapy is done in hopes that you will enjoy the time we spend together! My professional and personal experiences have called me into this role, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you. I have specific interest in Perinatal Mental Health, working with members of the Adoption Triad, and those struggling with infertility, or pregnancy loss of any kind.
