I am a psychiatrist who regards your health holistically. I specialize in psychotherapy, with or without medication, for a wide range of difficulties.

I am a psychiatrist who works primarily by psychotherapy, listening carefully to understand your experience. Feeling understood and accepted can be liberating, which helps us as we work together to understand problems in daily life, such as work, relationships, or school. Our exploration might include talking about your thoughts, feelings, dreams, fears, and fantasies. This process opens up more happiness, well-being, and freedom to make the choices you want. I consider your health holistically, including physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. As a psychiatrist I have expertise in carefully prescribing psychiatric medications - as well as helping decrease or stop medication when indicated. I work with people of many different backgrounds and across a wide range of mental and emotional difficulties.
