Everyone has struggles and sometimes, we get stuck. I specialize in helping people get unstuck!

Recovery is all about connection! So we will work together to create positive change by learning to accept yourself and connect to others. My role is to encourage and guide you through the process of growth and healing. I believe you can find answers within yourself, build supportive relationships, and learn effective coping skills, as you discover your true worth and potential. I want to help you reach your goals and get what you need. I will meet you where you are and walk with you every step of the way. I am licensed to practice counseling in Virginia and North Carolina. I have 14 years of experience with a wide range of issues, including trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. Rooted in Adlerian and Cognitive Therapy, my approach is strength-based and person-centered, emphasizing emotional validation, healthy attachment, and positive thinking. My practice is located in Blacksburg, VA, where I provide in-person counseling and clinical supervision. I'm an advocate for positive social change and work with people from all backgrounds. I'm here to help you resolve any of life's puzzles. Let's connect the pieces, together!
