Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Therapy that sees the whole you — messy, wonderful, and everything in between. For the parts that feel too much, too tired, or too alone.
Hi, I’m Paige! I am a relational, neurodivergent-affirming therapist who believes healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where you don’t have to perform. I specialize in working with folks navigating disordered eating, ADHD/AuDHD, burnout, and self-criticism. My style is warm, collaborative, and conversational, with a focus on helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked or pushed aside. I incorporate self-compassion, parts work, and body-based approaches, all grounded in a social justice lens. Therapy with me isn’t about getting it “right”, it’s about feeling more human, more whole, and more you.
