I welcome all clients who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or "stuck" in life! Let's team up to help you feel present & grounded and build the life you want.

My hope is to work together as a team and help you tackle the concerns that have led to you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and drained. We’ll join together to figure out what you want your life to look like, what your barriers are to getting there, and how we can work with those in a way that feels manageable. This includes a blend of acceptance, self-compassion, and steps for active change. I want you to leave the therapy space feeling empowered and knowing you have tools to carry with you once you’ve “graduated.” I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, behavioral activation (BA), and client-led + gradual exposure therapy (ERP - exposure and response prevention). I also believe in exploring how wider systems & environments impact the ways we struggle and cope. I am an ADHDer with lived experience in many of the issues I treat. I support the neurodiversity model in my practice, doing my best to consider the unique sensory, social, and emotional needs and strengths of ADHDers and Autistic people.
