Hi! I'm excited to be your support person while you're going through life. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, racial/sexual issues, and grief.

I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), helping clients, including ethnic and sexual minorities, manage emotions, heal from trauma, and build fulfilling lives. My practice is unique in its focus on creating a collaborative, non-judgmental environment where we work together to develop a personalized path toward growth and healing.
