I’ll listen with respect and empathy to understand you as a whole person. Together we will be a foundation of safety and trust to support your healing.

Trauma Leaves You Feeling Scared, Powerless And Alone. It's hard to trust that anyone could understand or love you. These are normal trauma responses that helped you survive when you had no better options. But it’s not you, it’s what happened to you. What protected you then often keeps you stuck now. You aren't powerless anymore. As a certified trauma specialist, I help you: • Take control of your life and feel safe. • Trust yourself and choose what is right for you. • Know that you are enough and you belong. • Feel comfortable being your authentic self. • Be loved and accepted for who you are. I break therapy into 3 phases so you feel in control: SAFETY We’ll build a trustworthy therapeutic relationship. You’ll learn to regulate your emotions, cope with trauma responses, and feel more in control of yourself and your life. HEALING I’ll help you process your past at a safe and tolerable pace. You’ll reevaluate the meaning of your experiences and integrate them into a healthy identity with secure attachment. GROWTH Trust yourself to take risks and explore new possibilities. Prove to yourself that you are capable and worthy of a meaningful life with fulfilling relationships.
