My approach working with clients is rooted in a person centered approach and hope that individuals can experience growth and healing. I deploy a variety of tools in session for emotional expression and skill building. Ultimately I hold individuals' stories with respect to their identities, strengths and internal resilience. I have a lot of heart for individuals who may be the first person in their family try counseling. My support comes through my presence sitting with you in life story and joining along side you as we figure out what are possible solutions for you. I am inquisitive, patient, and believe that all individuals may find peace within themselves. Your perceptions of yourself and others will shift through meaningful counseling experience.
