I provide compassionate clinical counseling to adults for anxiety, trauma, grief, life and career transitions, self-esteem and other concerns.

Megan Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elon University. Her professional experience includes counseling in the mental health, legal and higher education fields. Over the course of her career, she has focused on helping others through challenging situations and she is passionate about guiding others towards solutions and healthier ways of thinking and behaving. In addition, she spent several years working with military members and first responders. Megan is trained in evidenced-based trauma modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization Processing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to care for needs that are not trauma based. She is enthusiastic about helping people live life better by assisting clients through counseling, educating about mental wellness and equipping others with life skills to improve daily functions. She considers it a privilege to be part of another person’s journey toward healing, restoring joy and hope. To schedule an appointment, please call 919-237-1337 Option 4, Extension 2.
