I provide a supportive and empathic space for teens and young adults to develop coping skills for anxiety and build self-confidence.

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? Do you procrastinate or have trouble completing assignments unless they represent your best work? Perhaps you feel self-conscious, tense, or anxious in social situations, or maybe you are stressed about friendships, relationships, or your career or life path. You're ready to make a change - you want to feel relaxed and confident again. I specialize in working with young adults and teens struggling with anxiety and self-esteem. Clients describe me as accepting and empathic, so that therapy is a place where you feel supported and empowered to build coping skills. In sessions, we'll work together to identify and challenge negative thoughts to lighten the load created by worries or self-doubt. We'll also practice strategies to help you find relief from anxiety and feel calmer. While my office is easily accessible from Villanova University and Bryn Mawr College, I am also credentialed to provide telehealth to over 35 US states, which allows for continuity of care when you travel to those states. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities in my practice. Reach out for a complimentary consultation today!
