I welcome clients of all identities into a warm and open space for nonjudgemental exploration of current concerns focused on enabling you to help yourself
I empower my clients with self-awareness and skills that enable greater awareness and understanding of how present stressors impact functioning. I provide an empathetic, validating, and honest space for exploration and practice. I guide clients to hold themselves accountable while also encouraging patience, gentleness, and kindness towards themselves and others. I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, OCD, addictive behaviors, career issues, unsatisfying relationships, grief, perfectionism, stress, and other common experiences in today’s world. Therapy sessions will be tailored to your goals, values, and strengths. I incorporate CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and encourage reflection, open-ended questions, and affirmations. I emphasizes mindfulness practice to help clients develop nonjudgmental awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, cultivate self-compassion, and build tolerance for uncomfortable experiences.
