Certified Trauma Professional, Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I strive to create a brave, empowering space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, knowing that you will be met with understanding.
Welcome! I am honored that you are considering me as a partner in your journey toward healing and growth. I believe that every person has a unique story, shaped by experiences, relationships, and personal challenges. My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a brave, empowering space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, knowing that you will be met with understanding and respect. I have experience addressing gender and sexuality, multicultural concerns, family dynamics, relational distress, grief, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I'm trained in Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Brainspotting, and Adventure Therapy. Through experiential activities like expressive arts, Sandtray, tabletop games, and mindfulness techniques, I encourage people to connect with their emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations; thereby helping them discover their strengths and develop better coping skills. Healing is not a linear process, and, wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to walk this path alone. I look forward to working together and building a relationship based on trust and compassion.
