I focus on helping client navigate life challenges and mental health concerns through a trauma-informed, culturally specific, and person-centered approach

I specialize in helping clients through a variety of life challenges and mental health concerns, such as depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, PTSD, OCD, domestic abuse, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and acculturation challenges. In my practice, I use cognitive-behavioral techniques within an evidence-based and collaborative framework. I focus on helping clients identify and adjust thought patterns to reduce functional impairments. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each client's needs. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, with extensive experience working with Latina-Latino-Latinx and Hispanic communities. Additionally, I am PSYPACT®-authorized, allowing me to provide telepsychology services across state lines. Let’s talk! ¡Hablemos!
