Madeline (Maddy) Omrod
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
My greatest passion in life is supporting college students navigate the changes that come with “growing up.” My ultimate goal is to help clients thrive.
I understand the stressors that come with being in college. From Sorority rush to hook up culture, finals season to navigating social life, I have seen it all. While studying Psychology at Dartmouth College, I uncovered my passion for learning how family systems, genetics, social life and life circumstances interact and impact the mental health of the individual. I completed my graduate training at the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Service. My aim is to support the individual and explore how the many aspects of their life (school, family, friends and work) have shaped and continue to shape them. Raised on the Main Line, I am interested in how academic and social pressures increase feelings of low self-worth, perfectionism and disconnection from values. My therapeutic style is relational, psychodynamic and holistic, exploring how changes in different areas of life can improve well-being. My greatest passion in life is supporting adolescents and young adults navigate the changes that come with “growing up.” My ultimate goal is to help clients not only survive but also thrive.
