Lynn Ruffalo

I began working in the mental health field in 2009, drawn to advocating for individuals who often felt unheard and overlooked. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across a range of clinical settings, including adolescent and adult inpatient psychiatric units, inpatient addiction treatment, and psychiatric triage. These roles offered deep exposure to severe mental health and substance use challenges such as suicidality, psychosis, and trauma—experiences that continue to shape my empathetic, focused, and advocacy-centered approach to care. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. My approach is holistic, incorporating lifestyle elements like sleep, nutrition, and physical activity alongside evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and goals, working collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive space. My mission is to relieve symptoms, foster resilience, and support long-term emotional and mental well-being.
