SCTC is a place for support, healing, and growth. At SCTC, you’ll have thought-provoking sessions that give you clarity, perspective, and self-compassion.

I believe that therapy can be a valuable part of your holistic plan for overall health and wellness. My approach is collaborative, humanizing, and relational. Together, we’ll explore your relationships to identify themes and ways you can create dynamic shifts. My style isn’t passive; I ask a lot of questions and offer theories for you to consider, inviting disagreement and clarification. We’re in this work together, and I’m invested in you having an impactful therapeutic experience. I love working with young adults who are exploring their identities and independence. Common themes include trauma, anxiety deactivation, and exploring past relationships and how they influence current experiences. One of my passions is supporting women with postpartum depression, anxiety, and the myriad challenges associated with raising children. By providing perinatal and parenting-specific information and research-based symptom relief techniques, I help normalize these common experiences and improve the family's sense of wellness. I hope to provide clients with relief from suffering, harmony in relationships, and joyful attunement with their children.
