Lily works with people experiencing anxiety, the effects of trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

Human beings are resilient creatures capable of remarkable growth. We have the ability to endure immense challenges and create full, meaningful lives. Sometimes, though, we need help to heal from the past, cope with the present, or evolve toward the future. I know first-hand the vulnerability it takes to seek support and the courage it takes to make change. Together, we can navigate anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I'm here to help you increase self-awareness, nurture self-compassion, and develop resilience so you can realign with your true self and thrive. My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. While my therapeutic approach is relational at its core, you can expect me to strategically integrate other theories and techniques to meet your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering space in which you are welcome exactly as you are. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and fulfillment.
