Therapy for when school isn’t the only thing on your mind! I provide compassionate, tailored, evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, sleep, and more.
I specialize in helping adults—including college and graduate students—navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, insomnia, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Unified Protocol. Many of the students I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by the pressure to succeed while managing everything else beneath the surface—past trauma, family stress, identity questions, or chronic self-doubt. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what’s going on, and develop tools to move forward with more clarity and resilience. I have particular expertise working with high-achieving individuals. As someone who has worked in academic and hospital settings, I understand how isolating and demanding student life can be—and I’m here to support you in navigating it with care and intention.
