I provide identity-affirming and trauma-informed individual and couple's counseling to adults. I look forward to getting to know you!

I provide compassionate and identity-affirming counseling to adults in NC. Previous clients have described me as down-to-earth and insightful. I keep my counseling style warm and relaxed, and I often use humor to help clients feel more at ease—because therapy doesn't always have to be so serious. I draw from various evidence-based modalities to create a unique experience for each client. I prioritize maintaining trust and focus on your strengths and goals. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel truly understood so that when you're ready, we can discuss even the most sensitive topics. I help adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and relationship struggles. I offer EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help you heal, set boundaries, and feel more grounded. If you're tired of holding it all together alone, therapy can be a space to finally breathe and feel understood. I create an affirming space with special care for folks with minoritized identities, whether it relates to identity related trauma or thriving in today's world. I help veterinary and medical professionals, students in rigorous academic programs, young professionals, and people going through life transitions. I
