Working towards the future is an important and often difficult task when dealing with worries of the present and past. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who can help you take steps forward into the future you want. Working together through the counseling process you can learn to find what your happiness looks like and the best steps to get there. Whether you are a couple working through a rough patch, a family going through a transition, or an individual working through anxiety or depression I have the expertise to utilize various clinical techniques to help bring about the desired outcomes for each individual I enjoy working with premarital couples, married couples, families, and individuals. I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, postpartum depression, and relationship issues. I also have SENSE and Clinical Trauma training. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone. I will attempt to create a place where you can design a path to work towards your desired destination. No issue is too small to talk about or too big to overcome. Your journey towards healing can begin here.
