I strive to provide a warm and safe space for clients of all identities and backgrounds as they work through life challenges.

Hello! If you are going through a difficult time, I'm here to help. I have been practicing for 15 years in a range of treatment settings from community mental health, inpatient psychiatric, and private practice. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities. I approach treatment from a strengths- based perspective and use evidence-based strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. For couples, I draw from Gottman methods. I will work collaboratively with you to set goals that meet your individual needs.
