My practice is located on 3 acres with mature trees and a private garden for clients to visit. Occasionally I meet with clients outside if weather permits and clients prefer an outdoor setting. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I assist clients in exploring body awareness as a means of learning to regulate the nervous system. When we feel safe in our bodies, we are more comfortable with emotions that may arise and develop greater capacity for self awareness. I have been in private practice for 21 years and really enjoy meeting with clients who are interested in getting to know themselves better. Sometimes clients seek therapy to work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, or may be dealing with a loss or change that has brought about some pain.
