Kimberly Bickford LPC SEP

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I assist clients in exploring body awareness as a means of learning to regulate the nervous system. When we feel safe in our bodies, we are more comfortable with emotions that may arise and develop greater capacity for self awareness. Clients often seek therapy to work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, or may be dealing with a loss or change that has brought about some pain. I believe it’s possible to grow, learn, and develop resilience from emotional challenges. Feel free to call me if you would like to talk about the possibility of meeting. I have been in private practice for 24 years. I would be glad to answer your questions. I look forward to meeting you!
