Kimberlee (Kim) DeRushia
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I love working with Autism, ADHD, identity development, personality disorders, anxiety, high-achieving perfectionism, and imposter syndrome.
I've been practicing as a psychologist for over 15 years working with anxiety, ADHD, autism, identity development, and trauma. You can share what you need with me without fear of judgement. As a gender- and neurodivergence-affirming therapist, I embrace all aspects of your identities and work with you to help identify what's going on, increase your autonomy, self-acceptance/self-esteem, while decreasing your feelings of anxiety, depression, shame or fear so that you can be truer to who you want to be in life. I offer a warm and caring therapy space where we can work together to decrease your anxiety, work on relationship issues, build emotion regulation skills, heal from traumatic experiences, and/or overcome the things that are hindering your daily life. Together you and I will find ways to handle what life has thrown at you. I will help you find ways to adapt, to cope, to transition to something new, or when needed will sit with you and help you find acceptance in the unacceptable so that you can find a new way forward.
