I am happy and honored to provide you with a non-judgmental, safe space for you to tell your story and become the person you were meant to be.

As a mental health therapist, and clinic director, I work from a client centered, integrative approach. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution focused therapy. I also believe that we need to work together, as a team, to help you achieve your goals. The body and mind are greatly connected and intertwined, which is why I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care. I am happy and honored to provide you with a non-judgmental, safe space for you to tell your story, set your goals, and become the person you were meant to be.
