My background includes working with clients, including children, dealing with a variety of chronic health issues. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, burn-out, grief, trauma, gaming/internet addictions and women's issues. I have also created and taught a trauma course for First Responders, as well. I understand how scary and sometimes intimidating therapy can be. I truly believe that everyone needs to be able to freely express themselves in a "safe space". You will learn skills on how to navigate the challenges that you are facing and move forward with some encouragement and support. I am licensed in the States of Michigan and Georgia.
